After purchasing the passive mobile infrastructure from Vodafone NZ (now One NZ), Fortysouth were soon to become fully responsible for the maintenance of the cell tower sites. This meant that they needed to set out and communicate their own health, safety and wellbeing best practices to anyone going onto a Fortysouth site.
The health, safety and wellbeing learning solution needed to be device-responsive, integrate Fortysouth-specific imagery and reflect their bold brand identity.
With a short timeframe, we got to work quickly defining the objectives and scope with the Fortysouth team. From there we drew up a concept and designs for a learning solution that would be visually stunning and impactful.
Next, we developed interactive content, beautiful animation and video, and engaging scenarios to create a memorable Health, Safety and Wellbeing Induction for their employees and contractors. This solution was delivered via the Avetta LMS for easy tracking & reporting.
