"Palmerston North City Council engaged Ockwell to develop a customer service training package. We asked Ockwell to design a package that would catch the attention of staff, would have long term benefits, and be cost effective. The quality and presentation of materials lent a distinct feel to the training. The flexible delivery options of self-paced and in-house coaches have enabled the training to continue with minimum cost as staff turn over. But probably the biggest impact has been the monitoring strategies that were developed and are still in place 16 months later.
