We've been a learning solutions provider to businesses since 1988. To be around that long means that we're good at what we do, and that we continue to find better ways to do things.
Although we still love to design workshops and courses when that's part of the best solution, we may often be developing coaching toolkits, self development guides, learning modules and performance support tools - either online or paper-based. And more recently we've been extending our eLearning expertise by developing mobile learning for smartphones and tablets - to further develop people capability and improve their business.
We aim to be the learning partner of the lead business in every industry. And because we get so close to our partners and are part of their winning business strategies, it's our policy not to work with any company they consider to be their competitor. For those companies we already partner with (like Air New Zealand, Warehouse Stationery, Fisher & Paykel Finance) their businesses continue to grow despite tough markets, and they win awards for their innovative learning initiatives.

I've been in the Learning & Development industry for over 20 years but I'm still passionate about what we do, the people we do it with, and what we learn along the way.
